Here goes everything!

I finally had enough. I am sick and tired of feeling/being fat/overweight or whatever you want to call it.

Today I startted a new diet program. It's the HCG diet. It was popular in the 70's and then got real quiet. Now interest is growing. I took the plunge.
Hopefully, if everything goes well. I will be down to my goal weight of 185 in no time.

It's sad, I remember one point in my life when I mustered the courage to set new ground and take control of my life. I broke that promise. That will not happen again.

This is the story of my promise to myself.
