242, things slowed down over the weekend. I managed to confirm that I definately stress eat. I had some incredibly stressful issues that had to be worked through, I broke down and ate. Lasagna. It was amazing the reaction and the trigger. Eating the lasagna didn't make me fell better directly, but I found that the stress kicked in my hunger pains. I first ate my regular lunch and when I still wasn't satisfied, I waited about 20 minutes for the feeling to pass but nope. I still needed more.
Hopefully I will have better control and will be better at handling it.

I think that Simeons (being the genius that he is) also designed this diet in a way so that it would force us to come face to face with our emotional issues and eating. I've been really surprised at moments when I'll automatically want to go for the fridge and then I'm like 'Hey! What am I doing?' It really puts it all into perspective about how reactionary our eating habits can be.
You're doing wonderfully overall. Keep it up.
Hello! I found your blog from a link on Renee's blog. It looks like you're doing AWESOME so far! I'm going to link you from my blog if you don't mind... Just shoot me a message if it's a problem.
Thanks and keep it up!
HA! Can you tell we all travel together? I am sorry to hear of the emotional outburst with the lasagna, but isn't it amazing that we recognize it for what it is? WOW - Dr S was a genius wasn't he?
I will be putting your link on my blog! Here is to your success!
Just found you as well on Renee's site. I'd like to add you to my blog as well. I agree with Renee - this protocol really helps us look at our emotional issues surrounding food - and how we attempt to use food to solve the issues. I have been really learning alot about myself! You're doing great -- thanks for sharing!
Hey Dobbs in Dallas - what happened to you after October? I am very interested in the hcg diet and am researching mightily but so far can't find a doctor in Dallas. Can you help?
